CAST Installation Guide

This guide is optional and provided for your convenience. If you have not already scheduled your free installation call with a CAST professional, you can book your installation here.

Step 1: Connect Your Gateway

• Disconnect your old Wi-Fi router or device currently connected to your ISP modem.
  
• Plug your modem into the CAST UniFi Gateway using the included cable.

Step 2: Add Power

• Plug the CAST Gateway into power.
• Wait a few minutes for the lights to turn on.

Step 3: Connect Your Access Point (Optional)

• If you have an Access Point, plug it into the gateway using the included cable.
• Use the included desktop stand (if supplied) to place it in the area where you want stronger Wi-Fi coverage.
  

Step 4: Connect Your Devices

• For devices with cameras, simply scan the QR code provided to join your CAST Wi-Fi.
• Or, manually connect by selecting the correct SSID (network name) and entering the password shown on your device.
  

Step 5: You’re Done!

• Your system is pre-configured with firewall security and multiple Wi-Fi networks (Main, Guest, and IoT).
• Everything is ready — no technical setup required.
