To ensure your CAST system works reliably and provides the security and stability we promise, please prepare the following before installation. This will make setup smooth and ensure all your devices connect properly to your secure Wi-Fi and firewall.

Once we receive your order, we will follow up via email to confirm your system is ready. During this time, we can answer any questions about your installation before your new CAST system ships, ensuring a seamless, quick setup.

Before Installation, Please Ensure:

1. Active internet connection – your service is working and active.
   
2. Clear location for equipment – a central spot for the firewall and Wi-Fi access point, free of obstructions.
   
3. Device access – have all computers, phones, tablets, and smart devices ready to connect to the new secure Wi-Fi.
   
4. Available power outlets – near the firewall and access point for installation.
   
5. Smart home device readiness – most modern devices will connect automatically; older devices may need updates or adjustments.
